Position Description: Certify Data Systems is seeking a Regional Director of Sales (RDS) with 8+ years experience in selling health technology solutions to hospitals and health systems. We are seeking a successful sales professional who is a self-starter, creative thinker, and thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
| Responsibilities: |
- RDS will focus on identifying and closing new client sales.
- Develops strategic relationships with and sells Certify solutions to CIO/CMO/CMIO/SVP level executives in multi-hospital health systems.
- Prospects via cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Establishes and manages sales process, from lead and pipeline management to structuring negotiations for successful closure.
- Arranges prospect presentations.
- Conducts product demonstrations.
- Plans and executes site visits.
- Oversees contract negotiations.
- Utilizes solution selling skills.
- Demonstrates expertise in all aspects of the health information exchange marketplace.

| Requirements: |
- RDS will have a network of health care contacts including senior executives at the CIO, CMO, CMIO, CEO and SVP level.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
- 8+ years of experience selling to the senior executive level within the health care industry.
- Experience with long sales cycles, high-level sales, and large quotas ($3M+).
- Strong strategic planning, consultative and analytical skills.
- Entrepreneurial mentality to build the business and advance the Certify brand.
- Ability to position solutions by thinking "out-of-the-box" and creating opportunity where none may appear to exist.
- Ability to build C-suite relationships.
- Experience with leading the sales process from start to finish.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor degree with emphasis in technology and/or business preferred.

Work Environment:
