Position Description:
Certify Data Systems is seeking a Regional Director of Sales (RDS) with 8+ years experience in selling health technology solutions to hospitals and health systems. We are seeking a successful sales professional who is a self-starter, creative thinker, and thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • RDS will focus on identifying and closing new client sales.
  • Develops strategic relationships with and sells Certify solutions to CIO/CMO/CMIO/SVP level executives in multi-hospital health systems.
  • Prospects via cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Establishes and manages sales process, from lead and pipeline management to structuring negotiations for successful closure.
  • Arranges prospect presentations.
  • Conducts product demonstrations.
  • Plans and executes site visits.
  • Oversees contract negotiations.
  • Utilizes solution selling skills.
  • Demonstrates expertise in all aspects of the health information exchange marketplace.
Requirements:
  • RDS will have a network of health care contacts including senior executives at the CIO, CMO, CMIO, CEO and SVP level.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • 8+ years of experience selling to the senior executive level within the health care industry.
  • Experience with long sales cycles, high-level sales, and large quotas ($3M+).
  • Strong strategic planning, consultative and analytical skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mentality to build the business and advance the Certify brand.
  • Ability to position solutions by thinking "out-of-the-box" and creating opportunity where none may appear to exist.
  • Ability to build C-suite relationships.
  • Experience with leading the sales process from start to finish.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor degree with emphasis in technology and/or business preferred.

Work Environment:
