The Certify Gateway for Hospitals/Health Systems

The enterprise-class Certify Gateway enables rapid deployment to thousands of physician offices and other outpatient clinics with minimal support required by the hospital IT department. Certify’s Gateway works with multiple platforms, and reliably recognizes and transforms the entire range of health data formats, from semi-structured message formats such as HL7 and XML, to unstructured formats such as paper, faxes, email, PDF, RTF, and other un-indexed documents.

Certify’s standards-based security and full, closed-loop audit trail ensures HIPAA compliance is met. Certify also offers various configurations to support hospital, health system and laboratory settings.

The Certify HealthDock™ for Physician Practices

The Certify HealthDock™ is simple to install and requires minimal IT knowledge to configure. The HealthDock™ appliance can be installed and running in a matter of hours. Unlike other solutions, there is no proprietary software to load and maintain, and no additional computer hardware to purchase. A single HealthDock™ supports multiple Certify Gateways, most CCHIT-certified HL7 EMR integrations and also custom HL7 integrations.

Certify’s distributed Master Patient Index (dMPI) automatically adjusts and matches the identities of patients across different systems and practices, which eliminates ownership and patient data sharing issues, and allows for easily deployed, multi-facility connections. Once matched, patient information moves quickly and smoothly into the current physician office workflow.
