Connect with all of your physicians
Certify’s Gateway enables hospital organizations to exchange all forms of clinical information with their physicians and other providers, when and where it is needed.  The Certify Gateway interacts with any Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and doesn’t require an interface engine or additional code to incorporate.  When the Certify Gateway receives a request from the HIS, data is transformed and routed to the appropriate physician office-based HealthDock™ appliance.   In concert with Certify HealthDock™, the Gateway creates a bi-directional connection with up to 100% of hospital’s referring physicians while still supporting the physician offices’ existing workflows and IT investments.  Best of all, receiving physician offices are not required to have an EMR – HealthDock™ works in all environments!

Enhanced physician loyalty
Certify’s Gateway enhances physician loyalty by making it easier for physicians to work with you.  Critical information such as lab results and discharge summaries can flow to their offices automatically, while the offices can schedule admissions or order tests without fax or telephone – all in full HIPAA compliance.

Secure, distributed master patient index
Certify Gateways do not require a common Master Patient Index (MPI) and instead employ a unique distributed MPI, which securely adjusts for differences between the hospital MPI and the practice MPI.  HIPAA compliance is ensured with secure transmissions using standards-based security via HTTPS with SSL, 128-bit public and private key encryption, and a full, closed-loop audit trail. 

Distributed deployment minimizes support
The Certify Gateway is engineered to ensure rapid, non-invasive deployment, ensuring no interruption to existing hospital IT systems.  The Certify Gateway software works with multiple platforms and is structured to work with a hospital’s existing architecture and hardware platform, while requiring minimal IT support and investment.
