A phased deployment delivers immediate and long-term results

We deploy the Certify Gateway and accompanying HealthDock™ edge servers so that healthcare systems can immediately handle clinical transactions and events, including results distribution, orders processing and patient summaries (CCDs). During this initial phase, hospitals meet the requirements of meaningful use, deliver immediate value to their affiliated physicians and streamline their own internal operations. At the same time, we build the infrastructure for a sophisticated standards-based HIE query platform that facilitates real-time capture, processing and delivery of patient summaries and clinical intelligence.

As the transactions and events HIE is deployed in this initial phase, the Certify community eMPI is building a master patient index unlike any other in the industry. The Certify community eMPI and standards-based query toolkit delivers the capability for an enterprise-wide sharing of clinical information in real time without the need for a centralized third-party database. This industry-first infrastructure utilizes IHE standards to facilitate real-time access to patient summaries residing in disparate EMRs across the entire continuum of care.
